Bumicom has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of voice recording and the design and implementation thereof. The Bumicom voice recording solutions are used for the recording of radio communication, VHF radio, Voice Communication Systems (VCS) and ambient audio (room microphones).

Voice logging solution for every communication platform

The voice recording solutions are suitable for recording both TDM and VoIP based communication platforms. Physical recording interfaces are used for recording analog signals and E1 / T1 trunks. The network interfaces of the Recording Servers are used for recording VoIP signals.

VoIP voice logging solutions

Bumicom's voice recording solutions also offer passive VoIP recording for RTP audio, H.323, SIP and proprietary protocols. The signals must then be offered to the Recording Server (s) via SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN or mirror ports from network switches or gateways.

Voice logging recording control

For voice logging solutions the recording can be controlled in several ways:

  • Continuous voice logging
  • Based on voice control (VOX triggering, RTP)
  • Based on signaling (voltage detection, DTMF, FSK, B-channel, D-channel, VoIP / SIP)
  • Based on a pre-settable time schedule
  • Based on business rules or specific metadata
  • By means of an external trigger (speech signal, CTI event, application)
  • With a Record on Demand application
