VoIP voice logging

Bumicom's voice logging systems also offer passive VoIP recording for RTP audio, H.323, SIP and proprietary protocols. The signals must then be offered to the voice logging system (s) via SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN or mirror ports from network switches or gateways.

Control of voice logging

Recording can be controlled in several ways:

  • Continuous
  • Based on voice control (VOX triggering, RTP)
  • Based on signaling (voltage detection, DTMF, FSK, B-channel, D-channel, VoIP / SIP)
  • Based on a pre-settable time schedule
  • Based on business rules or specific metadata
  • By means of an external trigger (speech signal, CTI event, application)
  • With a Record on Demand application
