Bumicom, in collaboration with the supplier of the VoIP telephone exchange, has implemented a central active VoIP recording solution for the GP service. This VoIP recording solution makes it possible to record all incoming, outgoing and internal telephone calls. This is entirely in accordance with the established voice logging protocol.
The GP service uses quality monitoring for the quality of the telephone triage, the medical knowledge and the reporting of (triage) assistants. The quality monitoring system makes it possible for the GP to measure and improve the quality of telephone calls, medical knowledge and reporting by means of a score list. The evaluations are done digitally from Storavox WebCoach.
