The Bumicom service department consists of a team of experienced engineers who support your organization where necessary. The engineers of our service department perform service and maintenance on the recordingquality monitoring or interaction analytics systems.

Service on location or remotely

Whenever possible, we process your support request remotely or from our office using remote services. If it is necessary to provide direct access to your communication system to provide the right solution, we will come to your location shortly to process the support request. Bumicom engineers have the right knowledge and expertise to provide the necessary service remotely and on location to solve any problems.

24/7 service at Bumicom

At Bumicom you can count on 24/7 support. The experienced employees of our service department are available every day. During office hours but also outside of it. Bumicom is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide service to your organization.
